Exploring The New Horizons

Morning, the word itself has a very beautiful significance. The word visualises the early dawn, birds chirping, the mild wind breeze and the rising sun. The whole nature energizes you to your full potential. How beautiful the valleys are, how beautiful the paddy fields, the whole nature used to sing the song of enlightenment. You feel one step close to the god by encountering this magnificent beauty. Suddenly all the worries all stress vanishes and the air makes you soothe, calm. I used to wake up at 5 AM early in the morning and used to go on a morning walk every day. It refreshes your lungs, you feel joy within your heart and is a time when while you are along you talk to yourself and have some me time for you. Even a small chat with yourself brings the best version within yourself. It makes your day more productive and efficient. A day without a morning walk is like a day is wasted without doing anything positive.  

In the Southern part of India, A state Kerala, known for its cultural activities such as Dance, vibrant festivals, Hill stations, Backwater, Elephants, forestry of Rubber trees and Coconut trees is situated. The state got its name from "Kera" means coconut tree in Malayalam and "Alam" means land so the meaning of Kerala is driven from the land of coconut trees. Now in this shivering cold in the month of December, We started our tour to Thiruvananthapuram-the capital of Kerala. We started from Kolkata via flight, and when we arrived at the airport of Thiruvananthapuram in the early morning the first thing which I feel is the weather is very calm weather. When the entire Northern part of India is shivering in cold this Southern part of India is slightly affected with the winter season. At the bank of Ganga, the oldest city, the holy city Varanasi is situated. At a first glance, the city will look like struggling with heavy traffic and crowds. But Among these, there is situated Banaras Hindu University in the heart of the city, a capital of knowledge, a place from where great scholars were born. I have gone to attend a conference at Banaras Hindu University and I was totally mesmerised with the natural beauty of the campus. The old buildings, departments hostels have lots of history to say. The students seemed to be very tensed due to their ongoing exams. The next day we started for the place  Dashashwamedh Ghat , situated in the bank of holy river Ganga. It took hardly 30min to reach the place. The holy place was full of thousands of devotees. We took a boat ride on enjoyed the Ganga Aarti which is a rituals ceremony continuing from years.
