Exploring The Early Morning

Morning, the word itself has a very beautiful significance. The word visualises the early dawn, birds chirping, the mild wind breeze and the rising sun. The whole nature energizes you to your full potential. How beautiful the valleys are, how beautiful the paddy fields, the whole nature used to sing the song of enlightenment. You feel one step close to the god by encountering this magnificent beauty. Suddenly all the worries all stress vanishes and the air makes you soothe, calm.

I used to wake up at 5 AM early in the morning and used to go on a morning walk every day. It refreshes your lungs, you feel joy within your heart and is a time when while you are along you talk to yourself and have some me time for you. Even a small chat with yourself brings the best version within yourself. It makes your day more productive and efficient. A day without a morning walk is like a day is wasted without doing anything positive.

ExploringThiruvananthapuram

In the Southern part of India, A state Kerala, known for its cultural activities such as Dance, vibrant festivals, Hill stations, Backwater, Elephants, forestry of Rubber trees and Coconut trees is situated. The state got its name from "Kera" means coconut tree in Malayalam and "Alam" means land so the meaning of Kerala is driven from the land of coconut trees. Now in this shivering cold in the month of December, We started our tour to Thiruvananthapuram-the capital of Kerala. We started from Kolkata via flight, and when we arrived at the airport of Thiruvananthapuram in the early morning the first thing which I feel is the weather is very calm weather. When the entire Northern part of India is shivering in cold this Southern part of India is slightly affected with the winter season. Anyway, We have to go IISER Trivandrum, where an international conference was being held and I was one of the participants in the conference.  The landscape of the whole c...

My struggle with hydrophobia and journey to learn swimming

A boat at the bank of a river I can still remember my childhood days when I was afraid of water because I didn't know how to swim.  The fear of water was so much deep into my mind that I often observed myself drowning in water in a horrible nightmare. I have always wanted to learn to swim so that I could get rid of this hydrophobia. Even there are instances when this panic grew more in mind. For example, I remember traveling on a ferry in the holy river Ganga to go to a pilgrimage site with my parents in my childhood days. Once, there was a time when we could not see a sign of land even to the horizon range. And we were surrounded by water from all directions. I was terrified of this view and wanted to reach any bank of the river immediately. Anyway, we reached our destination safely and enjoyed the holiday a lot. Again, there are very similar instances, when my parents went on some beach to enjoy holidays but I always used to avoid going deep into the waves because of the f...

A review on "Apprenticed to Himalayan master- A Yogi's Autobiography"

The book "Apprenticed to Himalayan Master - A Yogi's Autobiography" is a very beautiful written by Shri M in which he has mentioned the blissful journey of spiritualism in his life. In the journey how spiritualism erupted in this character in early age and how this strong desire to know the absolute truth leads him to various masters like maheswarnath Babaji, Shri Guruji, J. Krishnamurthi etc. He was a disciple of maha avatar Babaji and learned various yogic practices and meditations techniques under Babaji guidance. The Journey leads him to various holy places of India such as Badrinath, Kasi Vishwanath, Dakshineswar Kali bari, Kailash Mansarovar and various other holy places. He also delivered lectures in America and Germany also. In the entire book, he awakens the reader about the spiritual dimension and higher path which leads to enlightenment of the soul. It is a good book and those who are very fond of spiritual dimensions should read it once.
